    A: We staff for general labor, painting, electrical, drywall, framing, and other construction trades across NC.

  • Do I need my own tools or equipment?

    A: Yes — most workers must bring their own basic tools. if a specific project provides tools or equipment, we’ll let you know ahead of time.

  • Do I need a safety vest or work uniform?

    A: Yes, OSHA-approved high-visibility safety vests are required on all job sites. You can order your official One Way gear directly through our Order work gear page.

  • How will I get paid?

    A: All workers are 1099 independent contractors. Payment is processed weekly once hours are approved by your site supervisor.

  • How can I request a crew for my project?

    A: Go to our “Contact” page or email us directly at info@onewaystaffingllc.com with your project details. We’ll send available crew options and pricing.

  • Are your workers insured and verified?

    A: Yes! all workers go through verification and safety screening. We also carry general liability coverage to protect our clients and workers.
